We also may collect information indirectly from third parties who assist us with our business operations.

Applying for a Job

If you visit our Site, you may apply for a job with us. In doing so, you may provide personal information including your name, email address, phone number, information in your resume or CV, information in your cover letter, information from your LinkedIn profile and other information that you submit to us in relation to your job application.

Customer Information We Collect on Behalf of Our Customers

When you engage CX Data Labs to provide the Services, we collect and use information that is necessary for the performance of those Services. In providing our Services, we may have access to Customer’s systems and databases that may include the Customer’s user information. We only use this information to provide our Services. The information that our Customers provide about their users is only disclosed to third party service providers in order to provide our Services. We do not use any Customer user personal information for any other purpose than to provide our Services to Customers.

CX Data Labs is a processor and/or service provider with respect to the Services, and as such processes personal information only in accordance with our Customer’s instructions.

Marketing and Advertising

We may engage partners who assist us with marketing our Site and Services.

How & Why We Use Your Information

We will use your personal information in order to:

  • Provide the Site and Services
  • Communicate with individuals who contact us via the Site contact form
  • Respond to and fulfill your requests for Services or other inquiries
  • Contact you in connection with any of our Services and transactions on our Services
  • Contact you for marketing purposes
  • Contact you for job positions for which you apply
  • Understand how you use the Site and perform research and analytics

Alternatively, we may sell businesses or business units, merge with other entities and/or sell assets or stock, in some cases as part of a reorganization or liquidation in bankruptcy, as well as raise capital through financings. In connection with, in contemplating, or as part of, these transactions, we may transfer your personal information to another entity upon a merger, consolidation, financing or other corporate reorganization in which CX Data Labs participates, or to a purchaser or acquirer of all or a portion of CX Data Labs’ assets, bankruptcy sale included.

We may share your information with any person or entity when we have your consent in order to provide the Services.

Aggregated and De-identified Information

We may use and share non-personal information about you or your use of the Site and Services, including any de-identified and aggregated data with third parties without limitation.

Opting-Out of Marketing Communications from Us

You may opt-out at any time of receiving direct marketing emails and other promotional email communications. You may opt-out by choosing the “Unsubscribe” option available as a link in every promotional email. You may also do so by contacting us at privacy@cxdatalabs.com.

We will gladly comply with all requests to opt-out of or unsubscribe from promotional communications, but reserve the maximum amount of time allowed by law to process such requests. You cannot opt-out of certain transactional emails or communications, which are necessary to conclude a transaction or provide the Services.

Children’s Information

The Site and Services are not directed toward persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly market to or collect any personal information from children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to submit any personal information to us or on the Site.

If you are a parent or guardian, and believe that we have the personal information of your minor child in our database, please contact us immediately at privacy@cxdatalabs.com to request that we remove such information from our records.

Security

We have implemented technical and organizational measures designed to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of your personal information. Despite our efforts, however, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We appreciate your help in safeguarding the integrity of your own and others’ privacy, and encourage you to let us know immediately if you suspect that any personal information you shared with us is being used contrary to this Privacy Notice.

Data Retention

We will retain the personal information that we collect where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so, including to provide you with our Services, or to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it. If this is not immediately possible because your personal information has been stored in backup archives, we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

International Transfers

We are located in the United States, and the personal information that we collect is stored on servers located in the United States. This means that your personal information will be collected, processed and stored in the United States, which may have data protection laws that are different from (and sometimes less protective than) the laws of your country or region.
